声带息肉鼻内窥镜联合支撑喉镜手术治疗效果观察

目的观察声带息肉鼻内窥镜联合支撑喉镜手术治疗效果。方法随机选取我院2016年1月至2016年12月收治的86例声带息肉患者为本次实验研究对象，在遵循患者意愿的情况下，采用数字双盲均分原则将所有患者分为实验组与对照组，对照组43例患者给予单纯支撑喉镜手术治疗，实验组43例患者给予内窥镜联合支撑喉镜手术，比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果术后3个月随访调查发现，实验组有24例治愈，对照组有20例治愈，实验组并发症发生率明显低于对照组（4．6％vs15．9％），两组数据具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对于声带息肉患者给予鼻内窥镜联合支撑喉镜手术能有效提高手术治疗效果，降低术后舌麻、声带关闭不全、软腭粘膜损伤等并发症的发生。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of vocal cord polyp nasal endoscope combined with endoscopy laryngoscope surgery. Methods： 86 cases of vocal cord polyp patients in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected as the study object, in accordance with the willingness of patients under the condition of u sing digital double blind principle all patients were divided into experimental group and the control group, the control group of 43 patients treated with laryngoscope surger y, the experimental group of 43 patients treated with endoscopic joint laryngoscope surgery, compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect. Results： After 3 months of follow--up, we found that there were 24 cases cured in the experimental group, and the control group O. The incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group （4.6%vs15.9M）, and the data of the two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion= the data for vocal polyp were given endoscopic joint laryngoscope surgery can effectively improve the effect of surgery, reduce postoperative numbness, vocal fold insufficiency, soft palate mucosa damage other complications.
