优质护理在心内科患者中的应用效果分析

目的本文就优质护理在心内科中的应用效果进行研究。方法将我院收治的104例患者按照随机数字表法分为实验组与参照组，各52例。对参照组患者实施常规护理，对实验组患者实施优质护理，对比两组患者的心理状态、住院时间及护理满意度。结果实验组患者的SAS评分、SDS评分的改善程度优于参照组，平均住院时间对比参照组更短，护理满意度对比参照组更高，P〈0．05。结论在。内科为患者实施优质护理服务，对减少患者负性情绪、缩短患者住院时间、提高患者满意度均有积极作用，值得推广。

Objective： in this paper, the quality of nursing in cardiology, application effect were studied. Methods： 104 patients of our hospital according to random number table method is divided into the experimental group and control group, compared two groups of patients＇ psychological state. Resuhs： the patients with SAS scores and SDS score better than the control group, improve the average length of hospital stay compared to control group shorter, higher nursing satisfaction compared to control group, P〈0.05）. Conclusion： in patients with heart medicine for implementation of the quality of nursing service,improve patient satisfaction has positive effect, is worth nromoting.
