开通绿色护理通道在急诊骨折患者中实施对患者疗效和康复影响

目的探讨开通绿色护理通道急诊骨折患者中实施对患者疗效和康复影响。方法我院于2016年7月开通绿色护理通道，开通前后3月内分别选取急诊骨折患者50例作为对照组和研究组，比较两组患者治疗、康复效果及护理满意度。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组[98．00％VS．84．00％，P〈0．05]。研究组患者护理满意度显著于对照组[96．00％vs．80．00％，P〈O．05]。结论开通绿色护理通道在急诊骨折患者中实施，可有效提高患者治疗和康复效果，提高患者护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation and rehabilitation on patients with acute fracture of green nursing channel. Method In our hospital in July 2016 opened the green nursing channel, opened before and after 3 months were selected in 60 cases of emergency fracture patients as the control group and study group, com- pared the two groups of patients with treatment, rehabilitation and nursing satisfaction. Result The total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group [98.00%VS.84.00%,P〈0.05]. Patients in the study group were significantly better than the control group [96.00%vs.80.00%,P〈O.05].Conclu- sion Open green nursing channel in patients with emergency fractures in the implementation, can effectively improve the treatment and rehabilitation of patients, improve patient care satisfaction.
