营养护理计划措施在血液透析患者中实施对患者生活质量影响

目的探讨营养护理计划措施在血液透析患者中实施对患者生活质量影响。方法选取2015年2月-2016年3月我院血透中0长期规律血液透析患者80例随机分为干预组和常规组，常规组实施常规护理，干预组在常规组基础上采用营养护理，比较两组患者护理3月后生活质量及护理满意度。结果干预组患者生理职能、生理功能、社会职能、健康状况、情感职能评分均高于常规组，比较有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。干预组患者护理满意度显著高于常规组[97．50％vs．80．00％，P〈0．05]。结论营养护理计划措施在血液透析患者中实施可有效提高患者生活质量震护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of nutrition care plan measures on the quality of life of patients with hemodialysis. Method Select from February 2015 to March 2016, our hospital hemodialysis center long--term regular hemodialysis 80 patients were randomly divided into study group and control group, the study group based on the control group using nutritional care, Group of patients after 3 months of quality of care and care satisfaction. Result The scores of physiological function, health status and emotional function of the study group were higher than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. The satisfaction rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group [-97.50% vs. 80.00%, P〈0.05]. Conclusion Nutritional care plan measures in hemodialysis patients can effectively improve the quality of life of pa- tients and nursing satisfaction.
