中医治疗及中医护理措施在溃疡性结肠炎患者中的临床效果分析

Clinical effect of TCM treatment and nursing measures in patients with ulcerative colitis

目的探讨用补气利湿中药保留灌肠联合穴位埋线的中药治疗及中医护理方案的效果。方法选取从2013年5月到2015年5月由急诊及普通门诊收治到唐山市人民医院的90例符合诊断标准的溃疡性结肠炎患者，随机分为试验组、对照组，每组各45例，对照组采用临床常规药物进行治疗，试验组采用补气利湿中药保留灌肠联合穴位埋线的中药治疗及中医护理方案，观察比较两组临床效果。结果试验组治疗效果优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论运用补气利湿中药保留灌肠联合穴位埋线的中药治疗及中医护理方案对溃疡性结肠炎，具有显著的临床效果，临床具有推广价值。

Conclusion using air compensating Chinese medicine retain enema combined with wet acupuncture point bury a line of traditional Chinese medicine treatment and Chinese medicine nursing plan for ulcerative colitis, has significant clinical effect and clinical value for popularization.
