脑外科患者实施术后心理护理对于康复疗效的影响

目的探讨脑外科患者实施术后心理护理对于康复的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月至2017年1月我院脑外科收治的手术后患者60例，随机分成两组，对30例时照组患者实施术后常规护理，对现察组30倒患者实施术后。理护理，观察两组患者的治疗护理情况。结果观察组患者在生活自理能力及生活质量评分的比较结果上均明显优于对照组，P〈0．05，有统计学意义。结论术后心理护理可有效提升脑外科手术患者的生活能力及生活质量，可作为临床首选护理方案加以推广。

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of postoperative psychological nursing for rehabilitation in patients with brain surgery. Methods： Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing after operation from January 2016 to January 2017. The patients in the observation group were treated with postoperative Psychological care, observe the two groups of patients with treatment and care. Results： Compared with the control group, the results of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, P〈0.05, which was statistically significant. Conclusion： Postoperative psychological care can ef- fectively improve the living ability and quality of life of patients with brain surgery, and can be popularized as clinical preferred nursing program.
