腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术联合复方玄驹胶囊治疗精索静脉曲张引起男性不育症的临床研究

Effect of the high ligation of spermatic vein under laparoscopy combined with Compound Xuanju Capsule in the treatment of male infertility caused by spermophlebectasia

目的:探讨腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术联合复方玄驹胶囊治疗精索静脉曲张引起男性不育症的临床疗效。方法:选取精索静脉曲张引起的男性不育症病人33例作为研究对象,采取先行腹腔镜下精索静脉高位结扎术,术后予以口服复方玄驹胶囊,比较33例病人的精液质量的主要参数指标,统计术后1年内病人配偶的自然怀孕率。结果:所有病人经治疗后,其精液质量的主要参数指标(精液量、精子密度、精子活力、A级精子比例及A+B级精子比例)均较治疗前提高(P<0.05~P<0.01),病人配偶1年内自然怀孕率为39.4%。结论:腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术联合口服复方玄驹胶囊是治疗精索静脉曲张引起男性不育症有效方法,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the curative effects of the high ligation of spermatic vein under laparoscopy combined with Compound Xuanju Capsule in the treatment of male infertility caused by spermophlebectasia. Methods： Thirty-three patients with male infertility caused by spermophlebectasia were investigated. The patients were treated with the high ligation of spermatic vein under laparoscopy combined with Compound Xuanju Capsule. The semen quality in 33 cases was compared,and the natural pregnancy rate of patients＇ spouse was analyzed. Results： Compared with before treatment,the main indictors of sperm（ including the semen volume,sperm concentration,sperm motility,proportion of grade A sperm,and proportion of grade A and B sperm） were enhanced after treatment（ P〈0.05 to P〈0. 01）. The natural pregnancy rate in patients＇ spouse wihtin 1 year was 39. 4%. Conclusions： The treatment of the male infertility caused by spermophlebectasia with high ligation of spermatic vein under laparoscopy combined with Compound Xuanju Capsule is an effective method,which is worthy of chinical application.
