点阵激光联合景天祛斑胶囊治疗女性黄褐斑的有效性与安全性研究

Study on the effectiveness and safety of fractional laser combined with Jingtianquban Capsule in the treatment of female chloasma

目的:探讨应用点阵激光联合景天祛斑胶囊治疗女性黄褐斑的有效性与安全性。方法:选取女性黄褐斑病人122例,随机均分为2组。对照组行点阵激光治疗;观察组在对照组基础上,联合景天祛斑胶囊治疗。记录比较2组治疗前后皮损总积分,治疗12周时临床疗效,随访3个月期间复发率,治疗前后血清雌二醇、黄体生成激素及促卵泡生成素等性激素水平,评价2组治疗及随访期间安全性。结果:2组治疗12周时、随访3个月时皮损总积分与治疗前比较均明显下降(P<0.01),且观察组下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.01);观察组总有效率为86.89%,明显高于对照组的67.21%(P<0.01);观察组复发率为4.92%,低于对照组的16.39%(P<0.05);2组治疗12周时雌二醇、黄体生成激素及促卵泡生成素水平与治疗前比较均明显下降(P<0.01),且观察组下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:女性黄褐斑应用点阵激光联合景天祛斑胶囊治疗可短期内迅速改善皮损症状,疗效切实,复发率低,安全可靠,具有较高临床参考价值。

Objective： To investigate the effectiveness and safety of fractional laser combined with Jingtianquban Capsule in the treatment of female chloasma. Methods： One hundred and twenty-two female patients with chloasma were randomly divided into the control group and observation group. The control group and observation group were treated with fractional laser and fractional laser combined with Jingtianquban Capsule,respectively. The total skin lesion scores,clinical efficacy 12 weeks after treatment,recurrence rate during the 3 months of following-up,levels of serum estradiol,luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone,and other sex hormone levels before and after treatment between two groups was recorded and compared. The safety of two groups during the treatment and following-up period were evaluated. Results： The total scores of skin lesions 12 weeks after treatment and 3 months of following-up in two groups significantly decreased compared with before treatment（ P〈0.01）,the decreasing degree of which in observation group was more than that in control group（ P〈0.01）. The total effective rate of the observation group（ 86. 89 %） was significantly higher than that in control group（ 67. 21%）（ P〈0.01）,and the recurrence rate in observation group（ 4. 92 %） was significantly lower than that in control group（ 16. 39%）（ P〈0.05）. The levels of serum estradiol,luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone 12 weeks after treatment in two groups significantly decreased compared with before treatment（ P〈0.01）,the decreasing degree of which in observation group was more than that in control group（ P〈0.01）. Conclusions： The treatment of female chloasma with fractional laser combined with Jingtianquban Capsule can rapidly improve the skin lesions in the short term,is effective,safe and reliable with low recurrence rate,which has high clinical reference values.
