择时造模猕猴经前期“病证表现”及其评价

目的 :研究正常猕猴造模后表情行为变化规律。方法 :采用择时挤压造模方法 ,用监视器、照像机跟踪观察记录其造模过程及造模后表情行为变化。结果 :造模过程中及造模后猕猴表情行为变化基本符合经前期综合征肝气逆证临床表现。结论

Purpose:Studying on the expression and action change law of the normal macaque after being made model.Method:Adopting the method of selecting time to make model,using monitor and camera to observe and record the change of expression and action during and after making modes.Result:The change of macaque's expressio and action during and after making model accord basically with the clinical symptom of the premenstrual syndrome (PMS) (liver qi invastion).Conclusion:From the macroscopic aspect,it can be proved that the macaque model of premenstrual syndrome (PMS) (liver qi invasion) is successful.
