摘要
论文从工业化住宅的概念出发,分析当前工业化住宅监督管理模式中存在的问题,并提出切实可行的改进对策,以提高我国工业住宅项目的监督管理效果。
Based on the concept of industrial housing, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the supervision and management model of industrial housing and puts forward feasible countermeasures to promote the effect of supervision and management of industrial housing projects in China.
