摘要 构建具有海油特色和鲜明时代特征的和谐矿区,是新形势下渤海油田改革发展稳定的坚实保障。渤海矿区按层次划分出七个基本维度:物质层面的矿区经济建设;制度层面的矿区稳定管理体系;生活层面的社区服务;环境层面的生态建设和治安体系;离退休层面的养老服务;精神层面的矿区文明祥和及归属感;文化层面的矿区文体活动和价值认同。据此,渤海矿区社会管理不断向"四化"创新模式迈进,持续推进企业与社会、环境的和谐发展。 To build a harmonious mining area with the characteristics of CNOOC and distinctive characteristics of the times is a solid guarantee of stability under the new situation of reform and development in Bohai oilfield. According to the level, Bohai mining area is divided into seven dimensions: mining area economic construction material level; mining area stability management system based on institutional level;community service of the life level; ecological construction and security system of environmental level; pension services of the retirement level;mining area civilization and sense of belonging of the spiritual level; mining area cultural and sports activities and value of identification of the cultural dimension. Accordingly, the social management of Bohai mining area is moving forward to the "Revolutionization, Younger,Knowledgeable and Professionalization"innovation model, and continuously promote the harmonious development of enterprises and society and environment.
