To build a harmonious mining area with the characteristics of CNOOC and distinctive characteristics of the times is a solid guarantee of stability under the new situation of reform and development in Bohai oilfield. According to the level, Bohai mining area is divided into seven dimensions： mining area economic construction material level; mining area stability management system based on institutional level;community service of the life level; ecological construction and security system of environmental level; pension services of the retirement level;mining area civilization and sense of belonging of the spiritual level; mining area cultural and sports activities and value of identification of the cultural dimension.
