摘要 青州市水利建筑总公司作为一家国有企业,近年来高素质管理人才和专业技术人才的流失已成为严重影响和制约企业经营和发展的首要问题。论文以马斯洛需求层次理论为依据,从生理需求、安全需求、社交需求、尊重需求和自我实现需求五方面进行分析,以找出企业人才流失的原因及有效的解决对策。 As a state-owned construction enterprise, in recent years, the loss of high-quality management personnel and professional and technical personnel has become a serious problem affecting and restricting the operation and development of Qingzhou Water Conservancy Architecture General Company.Based on Maslow'shierarchyofneeds, thispaper makesan analysisfrom five aspects: physiological needs, security needs,social needs,esteem needs and self actualization needs,so as to find out the reasons for the brain drain and effective countermeasures.
