如今神华、山东能源集团、兖矿集团等国内大型煤炭企业都在全国各地设置了区域化公司,每个区域化公司就近管理多个煤矿。煤炭行业需要得到区域化的处理与调配,根据机电设备的统筹管理概述,分析总结设备维修管理的具体措施,对机电设备管理中常见的问题进行总结与探讨。笔者将从自身多年煤炭行业区域化管理的经验入手,深入讨论其中的机电设备统筹管理办法,以期为相关企业提供一些参考性建议。

Nowadays, Shenhua Group,Shandong Energy Group, Yanzhou Mining Group and other large domestic coal enterprises have set up many regional companies in the country, each regionalization company manages several coal mines nearby.
