As can be seen from the construction of the airport, the pre-project work is a critical part of airport construction. The early work of the airport construction project lags behind, and the research depth of the preliminary scheme is not enough, which will directly affect the follow-up work of the project. It is helpful for the project construction to carry out the project management, make the investment decision scientific and fully integrate into the concept of construction operation integration. This paper discusses the difficulties for the preparatory work for the airport construction, analyzes the existing problems in the previous work, and puts forward some effective countermeasures and suggestions, so as to ensure the smooth development of the airport construction preparatory work.
