This paper firstly reveals the illegal use of scientific research funds in scientific research institutions, and puts forward the cause of the illegal use of research funds, finally presents the management method, management system and audit methods for the rational use of scientific research funds, to maximize the avoidance of illegal use of funds for scientific research.
