Thoughts on Improving the Efficiency of Labor Union Funds

工会经费是工会组织依法取得并开展正常活动所需要的费用,也是工会赖以生存和发展的物质基础。论文结合铁路系统工会经费管理实际,从细化完善管理制度、强化经费全面预算管理、深化经费收入管理和规范工会资产管理四个方面,剖析经费管理存在的问题,探索思考提高经费效能的有效途径。

Labor union funds are the expenses that labor union organizations need and obtained according to law to carry out normal activities,which is also the material basis for the survival and development of trade unions. In this paper, combining the reality of railway system union funds management, from refining and perfecting management system, strengthening the comprehensive budget management and deepening expenditure income management and standardizing the union asset management four aspects, we analyze the problems of budget management,explore and think the effective ways to increase the efficiency of the funds.
