在校大学生兼职行为利弊研究——以贵阳市为例

Study on the Advantages and Disadvantages of Part-Time Behavior of College Students——Taking Guiyang City as an Example

在校大学生兼职行为相对普遍且常见,但许多学生在兼职过程中出现很多问题,给他们的学习和生活带来了不利影响。通过采用问卷和个案访谈的方式对贵阳在校大学生兼职行为的目的、类型、困难及对兼职的看法等方面进行调查,发现贵阳在校大学生在兼职过程中存在法律意识淡薄、自我保护能力较弱等问题。针对大学生兼职中存在的弊端给出相应建议,使学生正确认识兼职行为的利弊,理性地看待和参与兼职工作。

It＇s common for college students to take part-time job relatively. However, many students have encountered many problems during the process of taking part-time job, which bring some disadvantages in their study and life. Through questionnaires and case interviews, the purpose, types, difficulties and attitudes towards part-time job of college students in Guiyang were investigated. Some questions are revealed,such as lacking of legal consciousness and self-protection. This paper gives some suggestions on the disadvantages of college students＇ part-time jobs, so that students can correctly recognize the advantages and disadvantages of part-time behaviors and rationally look at and participate in part-time jobs.
