论文主要从EPC工程的总承包方角度出发,对EPC工程总承包项目在竣工时资料的整编、归纳与管理进行简单介绍,分析了EPC工程总承包项目竣工资料在整编与管理中普遍存在的问题、产生原因,并提出了相应的解决措施。

Based on the view of general contractor of EPC engineering, paper briefly introduces the reorganization, induction and management of completion data of EPC engineering general contractor project, analyzes the problems existing in the process of reorganization and management for completion data of EPC engineering general contractor project, and puts forward the countermeasures.
