浅谈烟气脱硫脱硝特许经营项目部安全生产管理

Discussion on Safe Production Management of Flue Gas Desulfurization and Denitrification Concession Project Department

随着《国务院关于印发节能减排综合性工作方案的通知》中"组织开展烟气脱硫脱硝特许经营试点"的要求逐步贯彻落实,烟气脱硫脱硝特许经营公司也在短短几年内快速发展,面对特许经营这项系统性、综合性较强的工作,如何正确推进烟气脱硫脱硝特许经营自营项目部安全、稳定、健康发展显得尤为重要,论文主要从八个方面论述了如何做好特许经营项目部安全管理工作,希望本文的论述,能为今后特许经营安全生产管理工作供一些参考依据。

With the＂ Announcement of the State Council on Issuing Comprehensive Work Plan on Energy Saving and Emission Reduction ＂, the requirements of＇organizing the pilot project of flue gas desulfurization and denitrification ＂ are gradually implemented. The flue gas desulfurization and denitrification franchise company has developed rapidly in a few years. In the face of franchising, this systematic, comprehensive work, it is particularly important on how to promote the safe and stable development of the self-operated project department of flue gas desulfurization and denitrification. This paper discusses on how to do well the safety management of the franchise project department from the following eight aspects, hoping to provide some reference basis for safe production management of the franchise in the future.
