安全生产是永恒的主题,是调度工作的生命线。强化调度安全管理,是确保全局"最后一公里"运输安全的重中之重的工作。论文结合调度工作实际,在广泛深入调研的基础上,就如何提升调度安全管理工作、创新安全风险防控手段进行了深入思考与实践,现就加强调度安全管理谈几点粗浅建议。

Safety production is an eternal theme, which is the lifeline of dispatching work. Strengthening the dispatching safety management is the most important task to ensure the transportation safety of the ＂Last,Mile＂ of the whole situation. Based on extensive and thorough investigations, this paper has deeply considered and implemented how to improve the safety management of dispatching work and innovate the means of preventing and controlling safety risks. Now, we will discuss some suggestions on strengthening the management of dispatching safety.
