A Brief Analysis of Equity Design in Family Enterprises

家族企业是我国市场经济发展中不可忽视的企业群体。然而,据统计,家族企业从第一代能传到第二代的只有30%,从第二代传到第三代的只有12%。探究其根本原因,则是家族企业法人治理结构不完善,股权架构设计不合理。因而研究如何完善家族企业的股权架构具有重要意义,如何为改善家族企业股权架构环境是家族企业治理面临的最核心的问题。基于此,论文以家族企业为研究对象,以其股权结构为出发点和落脚点,分析股权架构对家族企业治理绩效的影响。

Family enterprise is an enterprise group that can not be ignored in the development of China＇s market economy. However, according to statistics, only 30% of family businesses passed from the first generation to the second generation, from the second generation to the third generation only 12%. The basic reason is that the corporate governance structure of family enterprise is not perfect, and the ownership structure design is unreasonable. Therefore, it is of great significance to study how to perfect the ownership structure of family enterprise. How to improve the equity structure environment of family enterprise is the core problem of family enterprise governance. Based on this, this paper takes the family enterprises as the research object, takes its ownership structure as the starting point and the foothold, and analyzes the influence of the ownership structure on the family enterprise governance performance.
