在进入老年期,人类所要面对的各种生理上的、心理上的和各种社会问题是严峻的。而健身运动特别是群体性的体育活动对延缓衰老,预防疾病和消除老年失落感,寂寞感和抑郁等心理疾病有意义非凡的作用。全社会应重视体育对社会角色变迁中老年人的作用,大力提倡老年人通过体育实践实现自己的价值。培养老年人正确的体育价值观,建立科学健身和健心的观念。
In the old age, the various physical, psychological and social problems that mankind has to face are serious. Fitness exercise, especially the mass sports activities are important for delaying senility, prevention of disease and elimination of old age, loneliness and depression and other psychological diseases.
