摘要
目的 :探讨针刺内关抗心肌缺血再灌注损伤作用的内在机制。方法 :结扎家兔左冠状动脉前降支 4 0min ,再损伤 1h ,观察电针内关对心肌缺血再灌注损伤心肌组织一氧化氮 (NO)和一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)的影响。结果 :缺血再灌注模型组NO、NOS含量明显升高 ;针刺内关组与之比较显著降低 ,差异非常显著 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :电针“内关”穴对缺血再灌注心肌的保护作用可能与抑制NO及NOS的合成、释放 ,从而减轻其对心肌细胞的损害有关。
Objective:To explore the machenism of Electroacupuncture (EA) at Neiguan points on myocardial ischemia and reperfusion injury.Methods:myocardial ischemia and reperfusion injury was caused by ligating the left ventricular branch for 40 minustes and perfusing for 1 hour in the rabbits,and the changes of nitric oxide (NO) and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) were observed after EA at Neiguan points.Results:NO and NOS were significantly increased in myocardial ischemia and reperfusion group,and there were remarkable differences between them (<0.01),compared with tlose in EA at Neiguan points group.Conclusion:EA at Neiguan points have a potertive role in ischemic and perfused myocardium by inhibiting the syntheses and releases of NO and NOS,which reduce myocardial injury.
