随着互联网技术的蓬勃发展,各种新兴的事物不断出现。网络交易现在已经替代线下的商务活动,成为大众最常用的一种交易方式。然而,在网上交易的过程中,还会出现一些安全隐患问题,主要是黑客对网站的袭击、不法分子的网上诈骗等。为此,论文主要分析了在民商法的基础之上如何加强对网络交易的保护。

With the rapid development ofinternet technology, all sorts of new things are emerging. Online trading has now taken the place of offline business activities, and it has become the most popular way of wading. However, in the process of online transactions, there will be some securityproblems, including hacker attacks on websites, criminals online fraud and so on. Therefore, this paper mainly analyzes how to strengthen the protection of online transaction on the basis of civil and commercial law.
