Present Situation and Countermeasures of Coal Mine Technology Management System

煤矿技术管理体系是煤矿安全管理的有机组成部分,它贯穿于整个煤矿的生产过程中,对于整个煤矿安全生产具有重要的意义。完善与健全煤矿技术管理体系,能够给从事煤矿生产的工作人员提供有效的安全保障,同时有利于提高煤矿资源开发与生产的效率,从而达到保质保量的生产目标和要求。论文总结了我国煤矿技术管理体系的发展现状,提出了优化管理系统与解决现存问题的对策,希望对煤矿的生产与管理提供参考价值。

Coal mining technology management system is an organic part of coal mine safety management, it runs through the whole production process of coal mine, it has the vital significance to the coal mine safety production. Improving and perfecting the technical management system of coal mine can provide effective safety guarantee for the staffengaged in coal mine production, and it will do help to improve the efficiency of coal resources development and production, so as to achieve the goals and requirements of quality and quantity. This paper summarizes the development status of coal mine technology management system in China, puts forward the countermeasures to optimize management system and solve existing problems, and hopes to provide reference value for coal mine production and management.
