摘要
为了探讨温拌阻燃SMA沥青混合料性能特点和工程适用性,利用一种阻燃剂和两种类型温拌剂,首先制备不同温拌阻燃SBS改性沥青,并对其各自性能特点进行研究;其次进行了温拌阻燃SMA沥青混合料设计以及性能研究;最后铺筑了温拌阻燃SMA沥青混合料试验段。研究结果表明,温拌剂和阻燃剂影响SBS改性沥青的技术指标,温拌阻燃SBS改性沥青SMA混合料的体积指标和水稳定性指标与热拌SBS改性沥青SMA混合料结果相近,但是车辙和低温弯曲试验结果有较大差异。在一定的降温幅度下,利用温拌阻燃SMA沥青混合料所铺筑路面离析严重,构造深度、摩擦系数和渗水等路面功用性能指标不满足要求,必须改进温拌阻燃SMA沥青混合料的设计方法与施工工艺。
In order to investigate the performance characteristics and engineering applicability of SMA Added with Warm Mix Additives and Anti-Flaming Additives, one type of Anti-Flaming Additives and two different types of Warm Mix Additives were used in the study. Firstly, two different types of SBS modified asphalt with Warm Mix Additives and Anti-Flaming Additives were prepared, and their per- formance characteristics were studied. Secondly, SMA mix Added with Warm Mix Additives and Anti- Flaming Additives was designed, and its performance characteristics were also studied ;~ Finally, SMA mix Added with Warm Mix Additives and Anti-Flaming Additives was used to pave test roads. The re- search results showed that the technical indexes of SBS modified asphalts were influenced by Warm Mix Additives and Anti-Flaming Additives, and volume parameters and water stability indexes were hardly af- fected as compared to hot mix SMA except rut tests and low temperature deflection tests. The test roads paving results show that under certain range of lowering temperatures, the pavement surfaces are of seri- ous segregation, and the service indexes of Surface Texture Depth, Friction Coefficient and Coefficient of Water Permeability can not meet the requirements. Therefore, the design methods and construction technology of SMA Added with Warm Mix Additives and Anti-Flaming Additives must be improved.
