摘要
目的:观察云南松松塔对博来霉素所致肺纤维化大鼠的抗氧化作用。方法:SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、阳性组、云南松松塔治疗组(低、中、高剂量),每组24只,雌雄各半。除假手术组外,其余各组均经气管内一次注入博来霉素建立大鼠肺纤维化模型。从第2d起,松塔低、中、高各剂量组每天给予云南松松塔提取物,剂量分别为50、100、200mg/kg,阳性组每天给予泼尼松龙5mg/kg、模型组每天给予等量生理盐水、假手术组无需给药。第7、14、28d,每组各处死8只大鼠,观察肺组织表征变化,检测T-AOC、MDA的含量。结果:与模型组相比,各剂量云南松松塔均可降低肺纤维化大鼠肺组织中MDA的含量,提高T-AOC的活力,以高剂量松塔作用最为明显(P<0.05)。肺组织表征观察结果表明,各剂量松塔提取物及泼尼松龙均能减轻实验性肺纤维化大鼠肺组织的肿胀程度。结论:云南松松塔可改善博来霉素诱导的大鼠肺纤维化,其作用可能与降低肺纤维化大鼠肺组织中MDA含量、提高T-AOC活力有关。
Objective To study the anti - oxidation of the pinecone of Pinus yunnanensis Franch on experimental pulmonary fibrosis in rats. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into sham - operated group, model group, positive group and low, middle, highdosegroups of pinecone, in which each group include 24 animalsof half male andhalffemale. The rats expect sham - operated groupwere intratracheally administered with bleomycin to establish pulmonary fibrosis model. From the 2nd day, the rats receive corresponding treatments. The rats treated by pinecone were given 50. 100, 200mg/kg, rats in positive group were given prednisolone by 5mg/kg. Finally, 8 rats were sacrificed at 7th, 14th and 28th day separately, the surface characterizes of the lung were observed and the right lung was made into homogenate to detect the contents of T - AOC and MDA. Results All the doses of pineeone extracts could decrease the contents of MDA in lung of rats induced bleomycin and increase the activity of T - AOC. In addition to, all the doses of pineeone extracts could alleviate the degree of swell in pulmonary rats compared with model rats. Conclusion The amelioration of pinecone of Pinus yunnanensis Franeh on pulmonary fibrosis in rat perhaps is related with that it could decrease the contents of MDA, improve the activity of T - AOC in lung.
