藿香正气丸联合诺氟沙星治疗急性胃肠炎的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of Huoxiang Zhengqi Combined with Norfloxacin on Acute Gastroenteritis

目的:评价藿香正气丸联合诺氟沙星治疗急性胃肠炎的临床疗效。方法:计算机检索中文关键词:藿香正气丸、抗生素、诺氟沙星、急性胃肠炎;英文关键词:Huoxiang Zhengqi Capsules,Antibiotics,Norfloxacin,Acute Gastroenteritis,检索中英文数据库,时间为建库至2017年4月,收集有关藿香正气丸联合诺氟沙星治疗急性胃肠炎的临床随机对照试验(RCT)。由2名评价员对纳入的研究进行资料提取和质量评价,并采用Rev Man5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:纳入8篇研究共719例患者,Meta分析结果显示,藿香正气丸联合诺氟沙星在治疗总有效率、腹泻缓解时间、腹痛缓解时间、呕吐缓解时间、发热缓解时间等方面均显著优于对照组,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:藿香正气丸联合诺氟沙星治疗急性胃肠炎疗效明显。

Objective To appraise the efficacy of Huoxiang Zhengqi combined with norfloxacin on acute gastroenteritis. Methods computer searched Chinese - foreign database of randomized clinical trials on Huoxiang Zhengqi combined with norfloxacin on acute gastroenteritis. After the reviewers on the quality of the included studies were extracted rigorous evaluation and treatment, Meta - analysis software using RevMan5. 3. Results Eventually included 8 RCT, a total of 719 cases of patients. Huoxiang Zhengqi combined with norfloxacin on acute gastroenteritis in total effective rate, the time of diarrhea relieving, the time of abdominal pain relieving, the time of vomiting relieving, the time of fever relieving with the control group were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Huoxiang Zhengqi combined with norfloxacin on acute gastroenteritis have a certain effect.
