中西医结合治疗HP阴性慢性非萎缩性胃炎45例

Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Treatment of 45 Cases of HP Negative Chronic Gastritis

目的:观察健脾理气化湿法联合西药治疗HP阴性慢性非萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:选择90例脾虚气滞夹湿型HP阴性慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者,按就诊顺序分为两组,对照组为常规西药治疗,观察组为健脾理气化湿法联合西药治疗。结果:对照组总有效率为77.78%,观察组总有效率为97.78%;随访6个月后,对照组复发率为88.89%,观察组复发率为15.56%;两组疗效、复发率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗脾虚气滞夹湿型HP阴性慢性非萎缩性胃炎,疗效较好,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of invigorating spleen, regulating qi and dampness combined with western medicine in treatment of HP negative chronic gastritis. Methods 90 cases of spleen deficiency and qi stagnation and dampness HP negative chronic gastritis patients with non shrink, and in strict accordance with the inclusion criteria, 90 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups ： standard, the control group conventional western medicine treatment, observation for the group of invigorating spleen and regulating qi dampness combined with western medicine treatment, each group of 45 cases, a total of 90 cases. Results the total effective rate of control group was 77. 78%, the total efficiency of observation group was 97.78% ; after 6 months of follow -up, the recurrence rate of control group was 88.89%, the recurrence rate of the observation group was 15.56% ; the recurrence rate, the control effect of the 2 groups had significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion for patients with spleen deficiency and qi stagnation wet type HP negative chronic atrophic gastritis, the use of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment has a greater advantage, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
