楚雄市水资源安全问题初探

An Initial Investigation of Water Resources Safety in Chuxiong City

随着社会经济的发展,以及在全球气候变暖趋势的大背景下,地处滇中干旱地区的楚雄市面临着严峻的水资源安全问题。本文从水资源的水量安全、水质安全方面入手,初步探讨楚雄市的水资源安全问题,并阐释了楚雄市缺水问题的本质,具体包括:年内降水差异大,水资源变化剧烈;水资源涵养条件差,生态环境建设任务重;水质危机加剧,出现水质性缺水状况等。同时,提出了相应的对策建议,供参考和借鉴。

With the development of social economy and in the general background of global warming, Chuxiong city, located in the arid area of Yunnan, is facing with severe problem of the water resources safe- ty. This paper discusses the severe problem of the security of water resources in Chuxiong from the perspec- tives of the security of water volume and quality, and explains the primary causes of water shortage problem including ： the great difference of rainfall within a year, the acute changes in water resource, the poor meas- ures of water resource protection, the heavy task of ecological environment construction, the crisis of water quality, water shortage caused by contamination etc. Meanwhile, this paper also puts forward corresponding measures and suggestions for reference.
