农户应用清洁能源政策需求优先序及其影响因素分析——基于江西省的调查数据

Policies Concerning Rural Residents' Clean Energy Consumption: Demand Priority and Influencing Factors

以江西省695个农户调查数据为基础,分析农户清洁能源应用政策需求优先序,研究发现,农户对清洁能源应用政策需求排在前三位的依次是提供应用清洁能源的技术培训、提供清洁能源产品购买补贴和提供应用清洁能源后续服务。在此基础上,运用二元Probit模型分析农户对清洁能源应用政策需求优先序的影响因素。研究表明,农户的家庭年收入、村庄所处地形、农户是否应用了沼气和太阳能都是影响农户应用清洁能源政策需求的因素。

According to the data collected about clean energy consumption of 695 rural resident households in Jiangxi Province, this paper studies the demand priority concerning policies related to the consumption. The research shows that policies list as follows in the order of priority： technological training on using clean energy, sub- sidies for clean energy products, and after-sales services. On the basis of this research, using the binary probit model, the paper analyzes the factors influencing the demand priority, which are farmers＇ annual household in- come, terrain conditions, and their previous experience in using methane gas or solar energy.
