高职教育专业设置与区域产业协同发展研究——以江苏工程职业技术学院为例

Coordination of Specialty Offering of Higher Vocational Education with Regional Industry Development: A Case Study

高职教育必须服务地方经济建设,专业设置应与地方或者区域的产业特点和结构相适应。高职院校在专业建设方面应与产业协同发展,遵循前瞻性、契合性、合作性三大原则,以产业为依托,市场为导向,发挥政府指导和支持作用,探索校企深度融合。

Higher vocational colleges are to serve and support communities in their economic development, therefore, specialties offered should be fit for the characteristics and structures of local or regional industries. Specialty construction of higher vocational colleges and local industry development can be coordinated by following the three principles： prospects of both colleges and industries should be predicted, specialties should be compatible with industries, and school-enterprise cooperation should be strengthened. In addition, higher vocational colleges should be dependent on local industries, market-oriented, guided and supported by the government, and engaged in deep school-enterprise integration.
