摘要 [目的]构建临床护理专家核心能力评价指标体系。[方法]选取34名从事护理教育、护理管理、护理科研、临床护理的专家,采用文献分析法、德尔菲法和层次分析法确定临床护理专家核心能力指标及权重。[结果]形成了临床护理专家核心能力评价指标体系,包括5个一级指标、14个二级指标、45个三级指标,5个一级指标权重由高到低排序为临床实践能力(0.3184)、咨询指导能力(0.3184)、专业发展能力(0.1829)、护理科研能力(0.1179)、护理管理能力(0.0624),专家权威系数>0.80,变异系数<0.25,协调系数有统计学意义(P<0.001)。[结论]构建的临床护理专家核心能力评价指标体系科学合理,能够为我国临床护理专家的培养、考核及评价提供参考。 Objective:To construct the core competence evaluation index system for clinical nurse specialists.Methods:A total of 34 experts were selected who were working on nursing education,nursing management nursing research and clinical nursing to determine the indexes and weight of core competence of clinical nursing experts by literature analysis method,Delphi method,and analytic hierarchy process method.Results:The core competency evaluation index system for clinical nurse specialists was formed,including 5 first-level indicators,14 second-level indicators,45 third-level indicators.The 5 first-level indicators ranked from high to low were clinical practice ability (0.318 4),consulting and guiding ability (0.318 4),specialist development ability (0.182 9),nursing research ability (0.117 9),nursing management ability (0.062 4).The expert authority coefficient was over 0.80,the coefficient of variation was less than 0.25,and there was a statistically significant difference in coordination coefficient (P〈0.001).Conclusion:The core competence evaluation index system for clinical nurse specialists was scientific and reasonable.It could provide a reference for the training,assessment and evaluation of clinical nurse specialist in China.
