急诊科重症监护室服毒自杀未遂病人心理体验的质性研究

A qualitative study on psychological experience of poison suicide patients in emergency department intensive care unit

[目的]探索综合医院急诊科重症监护室(EICU)服毒自杀未遂病人自杀的真实感受和心理体验。[方法]运用现象学研究方法,与12例服毒自杀未遂病人进行半结构式深入访谈,并运用Colaizzi现象学研究方法进行分析。[结果]急诊科服毒自杀未遂病人的自杀心理体验提炼出4个主题:人际关系冲突/丧失、孤独无助、心境恶劣、绝望感。[结论]应制定系统化、专业化、特色化的EICU自杀未遂病人管理干预策略,以期最大限度地降低急诊科自杀未遂病人再自杀率及提高自杀未遂病人的生命质量。

Objective：To explore the true feelings and psychological experience of poisoning attempted suicide patients in the emergency intensive care unit（EICU）.Methods：A semi-structured in-depth interview was conducted with 12 poisoning attempted suicide patients and analyzed the results by Colaizzi phenomenological research method.Results：Four themes were extracted from the poisoning attempted suicide patients on psychological experience in EICU： interpersonal conflict or loss,loneliness and helplessness,extremely bad mood and desperation.Conclusion：A systematic,specialized and characteristic intervention strategy should be made for management of EICU attempted suicide patients,in order to furthest reduce the re-suicide rate of attempted suicide patients in EICU and improve their quality of life.
