摘要 以广西某高岭土矿为研究对象,进行高梯度磁选、化学漂白等除铁增白试验,分别从磁介质种类、磁感应强度、矿浆流速、分散剂用量以及p H值、保险粉用量、还原漂白时间、络合剂草酸用量来探索各因素对增白效果的影响,得到最优磁选、漂白试验条件,降低了高岭土中的含铁量,最终获得白度为75.63%的高岭土产品。 The high gradient magnetic separation test for iron removal, and chemical bleaching test for bleaching is carried out based on the study object-one Gunngxi Kaoline ; the effect of the following factors on bleaching effect is explored, the influence factors are dispersing agent dosage, pH value, sodium hydrosulfite dosage, reduction bleaching time, the complexing agent - oxalic acid dosage, there- fore, the optimal magnetic separation, bleaching test condition can be got, the iron content in the Kaoline is decreased, and the final Kaoline product with 75.63% whiteness can be obtained.
