摘要 介绍了一种含铅多金属物料电积提铅的工艺,用湿法处理含铅多金属物料。通过硫酸高压脱锌脱铜,并使部分铅转换为硫酸铅,后经碳酸化处理脱硫,硅氟酸浸出制得硅氟酸铅电解液,通过试验确定最优硫酸浓度、碳酸钠用量、硅氟酸浓度。电积提铅阶段,通过考察添加剂的用量、电解液浓度、极间距、电流电压等因数的影响,获得较佳的铅电沉积工艺。 A process of lead extraction by electrodeposition from lead - bearing polymetallic materials is introduced in this pa- per, the lead beating polymetallic material is treated by wet process. The partial lead shall be changed into lead sulfate through zinc and cop- per removal of sulfuric acid with high pressure, and then sulfur is removed through carbonation, the fluosilicic acid lead electrolyte is pre- pared by leaching of fluosilicic acid, so the optimal sulfuric acid concentration, sodium carbonate dosage, silicofluoric acid concentration can be confirmed through the test. On the stage of lead extraction by electrodeposition, the better lead electrodepositlon process can be obtained through the investigation of addition agent dosage, electrolyte concentration, electrode spacing, current, voltage, and the other factors.
