摘要
针对发动机缸盖火花塞孔深度尺寸特点,提出一种深度测量检具的设计方案,利用中间载体进行间接测量,解决了类似尺寸用常规量具无法检测的难题,实现了间接测量检具的实际应用。所设计的检具能快速准确地测出火花塞孔深度尺寸,大大提高了检测精度和效率。
In view of the engine cylinder spark plug hole depth size characteristics, a depth measuring scheme was proposed. The intermediate vector was used to measure indirectly, the problem of the similar size with conventional checking fixture to detect was solved, the practical application of indirectly measuring checking fixture was achieved. The designed checking fixture can be used to quickly and accurately detect the spark plug hole depth size, greatly improving the detection accuracy and efficiency.
