摘要
D08-32型捣固车驱动捣镐进行夹持动作的外加夹持液压缸易发生泄漏。针对这一问题,基于AMESim计算机仿真软件,对该型捣固车外夹持液压系统进行分析,找出发生泄漏的原因,提出参数优化方案,供捣固车检修及大修借鉴。
It' s easy to leak of the external clamp oil cylinder which is used to clamp in D08-32 rammed car driving tamping tines. In order to solve this problem, the external clamp hydraulic system of this type of rammed car was analyzed based on AMESim computer simulation software. The leakage reason was identified and parameter optimization was made to provide guidance for rammed car maintenance and overhaul.
