摘要
在拉力试验机上,采用预压缩和/或预拉伸的弹性保护装置,结合传感器预留的量程裕量和控制系统的闭环控制保护措施,可以在传感器负荷急剧上升时提供过载保护,为控制系统争取到宝贵的响应时间,避免拉力试验机过载时对力学传感器的损伤。
In tensile testing machine, the pre compression and/or pre stretched elastic protection device, combining with sensor range margin, and closed loop control system, could provide overload protection for mechanical sensor when the load rose sharply, winning valuable response time for the controlsystem, avoiding damage to mechanical sensor from tensile testing machine.
