摘要
新城市主义理论倡导人卡尔索普先生提出TOD模式,即从低碳的角度出发,以公共交通引导规划建设,提出了"小街区、密路网"的规划理念.本文以昆明呈贡新区的TOD发展实践为例进行研究,这是TOD模式在中国首次也是最重要的一次实践,对传统以汽车为规划导向的大街区、宽马路的模式进行了反思,探讨了以交通出发的城市规划模式以及政府规划引导上的重要意义.TOD能有效的提高城市运行效率,使得低碳绿色城市成为可能.
TOD(transit-oriented development) mode,proposed by the new urbanism theory advocate Mr.Peter Calthorpe,guides the planning and construction of public transport from a low-carbon point of view,and promotes the planning concept of "small neighborhood,dense road network".TOD development practice of Chenggong New District of Kunming city,which is the first and the most important practice of TOD mode in China,is taken as an example in this paper.It is a reflection of the traditional mode of car-oriented street and wide road.The discussion is also carried out on the urban planning mode based on transportation and the significance of government guidance in it.TOD can effectively improve the efficiency of urban operation,making low-carbon green city possible.
