摘要
针对单通道超声检测设备检测效率低、数据传输慢的问题,设计了一种基于FPGA及USB的多通道超声检测系统。FPGA逻辑控制模块为系统的核心处理单元,完成各通道脉冲触发信号和门选信号的产生、通道间的切换、数模转换的选择及USB芯片控制;USB芯片在Slave FIFO模式下完成系统指令及数据的高速传输。实验结果表明,利用FPGA与USB器件能够保证多通道超声检测系统高效、稳定的工作。
Aiming at the problem of low efficiency and slow data transmission in single-channel ultrasonic testing equipment, a multi-channel ultrasonic testing system based on FPGA and USB was introdueed.FPGA logic control module was as the system's core processing unit to complete the channel pulse trigger signal and gate signal selection signal generation, channel switching, digital-analog conversion options and USB chip control.USB chip was in the Slave FIFO mode to complete the system commands and data high-speed transmission.Experimental results show that the use of FPGA and USB devices ensures multi-channel ultra- sonic testing system' s efficient and stable work.
