摘要 为满足汽车油泵密封测试台的控制需求,设计了以PLC为核心控制器的控制系统。介绍了系统的硬件设计,详细介绍了PLC软件设计思路和基于LabVIEW开发环境的上位机界面设计,并通过工业以太网采用两种通信协议实现了PLC控制器、上位机和远程服务器之间的通信,通过扩展RS-232串口使汽车油泵密封测试台将条码扫描、密封测试和激光刻字等功能集合在一台设备上实现。经过调试和运行,该系统能够满足密封测试台所有的控制要求,并且有良好的可靠性和实时性。 Seal tester control system was designed with PLC as the core controller in order to satisfy automobile oil pump seal tester control requirements.The hardware design of the system was described and the PLC software design idea and development environment based on LabVIEW were introduced in detail.The control system used the industrial Ethernet and two communication protocols to realize the communication between the PLC controller, the upper computer and the remote server. Seal tester control system can achieve code scanning, seal test and laser engraving by RS-232 serial port.After debugging and operation,the system can meet the seal tester control requirements with good reliability and real-time.
