摘要
以木瓜属优良观赏品种绿宝石当年生枝条为试材,用500mg/L浓度的IBA处理进行扦插对比试验,测定扦插生根过程中过POD、PPO、IAAO 3种酶活变化。结果表明:处理组生根能力提高,生根周期缩短7d;在插穗生根过程中,POD活性活性出现缓慢上升、下降、急剧上升、下降的趋势,PPO活性出现先上升、后下降、再上升的变化趋势,与对照组相比,峰值出现提前了7d;IAAO活性在处理组中出现先上升、后下降、再上升的变化趋势,而对照组出现先上升、后下降的变化趋势。此外,POD、PPO活性的升高能够促进不定根的形成,IAAO活性降低有利于木瓜插穗生根。
Effects of IBA at 500 mg/L on the rooting formation of stem cuttings of Chaenomeles sinensis "Lvbaoshi" was investigate&Changes in activities of peroxidase (POD), polyphenol oxidase (PPO) and indoleacetic acid oxidase (IAAO) during rooting were also investigated .The ability of roots increased as the cuttings were pretreated with IBA at 500 mg/L and the rooting period was shorten by 7 days.POD activities showed the trend as slow increase and then decrease,followed by rapid increase and then decline,and PPO activities showed the trend as increased,then declined,and finally increased during rooting,the peak in their activities appeared 7d earlier than non-IBA-treated cutting,IAAO activity showed the trend as increased,then declined,and finally increased with IBA at 500 mg/L ,and showed as increased and then decline with non-IBA-treated. In addition,the high activities of POD and PPO and low activity of IAAO appeared to be suitable indexes for rooting.
