复方苦参注射液加化疗治疗中晚期恶性肿瘤的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Compound Matrine Injection Combined with Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Advanced Malignant Tumor

目的:观察复方苦参注射液联合化疗用于治疗中晚期恶性肿瘤的临床效果。方法:选择某院在2015年2月~12月诊治的中晚期恶性肿瘤患者120例进行治疗分析,根据患者选择治疗方法的不同将患者分为研究组和对照组患者各60例,研究组患者选择复方苦参注射液联合化疗进行治疗,对照组患者选择单纯的化疗进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗的总缓解率和治疗中出现的毒副作用统计。结果:研究组患者治疗后的总缓解率为93.3%,对照组患者治疗后的总缓解率为66.7%,研究组患者的治疗效果明显好于对照组患者(P<0.05);从治疗毒副作用上看,研究组患者中有6例出现了恶心、呕吐等毒副作用,对照组患者中有14例出现了毒副作用,两组数据相比P<0.05,表示研究组患者治疗的安全性更高。结论:在中晚期恶性肿瘤的治疗中,选择复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗发挥了很好的效果,其可以有效缓解肿瘤细胞的扩散,并且治疗毒副作用少,患者在治疗中生活质量得以提升,安全性高,有着积极的临床治疗价值,可以推广应用。

Objective：To investigate the compound matrine injection combined with chemotherapy in the clinical effects of treatment for advanced cancer.Methods：From February 2015 to December 2015,the data of 120 cases patients with advanced cancer were analyzed,who were divided into study group and control group according to patient choice of treatment,with 60 cases in each group.The study group was treated with Fufangkushen injection combined with chemotherapy treatment,the control group underwent the chemotherapy treatment,then compare the overall response rate and treatment emergent side effects statistics of the two groups.Results：After treatment,the overall response rate of the study group was 93.3%and of the control group was 66.7%.The treatment effect of the study group were significantly better than that of the control group patients（P〈0.05）;for the side effects,6cases in the study group appeared nausea,vomiting and other side effects and 14 cases in the control group of patients had side effects,with significantly statistical difference（P〈0.05）,showing the treatment security of the study group is higher.Conclusion：In the treatment of advanced malignant tumor,compound matrine injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment played a very good part,which can effectively alleviate the proliferation of tumor cells with fewer treatment side effects.The quality of life of patients can be improved,which is safe and has a positive clinical value,which can be promoted.
