消化内科选择药物治疗消化性溃疡的效果分析

Analysis on the Effect of Digestive Medicine in Treating Peptic Ulcer

目的:探讨采用奥美拉唑与泮托拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的临床效果。方法:整理收集某院在2015~2016年收治的100例消化性溃疡患者,分为观察组50例患者采用奥美拉唑与泮托拉唑联合治疗的方法,对照组50例患者采用奥美拉唑进行治疗,观察两组患者的临床症状对比。结果:采用奥美拉唑与泮托拉唑联合治疗的观察组在治疗后,其总有效率明显高于采用奥美拉唑治疗的对照组,P<0.05,统计学有意义。结论:采用奥美拉唑与泮托拉唑联合治疗消化性溃疡,具有溃疡愈合率高,缓解溃疡症状的效果,是值得在临床上进行推广的治疗方法。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of omeprazole and pantoprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer.Methods：A total of 100 patients with peptic ulcer were enrolled in a hospital from 2015 to 2016.50 patients in the observation group were treated with omeprazole and pantoprazole.50 patients in the control group were treated with omeprazole.And then observe the clinical symptoms of the two groups.Results：The total effective rate of the observation group treated with omeprazole and pantoprazole was significantly higher than that of the control group treated with omeprazole after treatment,with significantly statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The combination of omeprazole and pantoprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer has the effect of high ulcer healing rate and alleviation of ulcer symptoms.It is worthy of clinical treatment.
