地奥司明片治疗痔疮术后创缘水肿的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Diosmin Tablets on the Edema of Hemorrhoids after Hemorrhoids

目的:探讨观察对痔疮术后创缘水肿患者中给予地奥司明片治疗的临床效果。方法:选取95例痔疮术后创缘水肿病人,按照随机综合序贯法分为对照组(n=47)和观察组(n=48),将不同时刻水肿积分、创面愈合时间、临床疗效作为观察指标。结果:水肿积分在组间、时间和相互作用方面比较均有显著差异(P<0.05),本组内每两个时刻水肿积分和不同时刻组间数据比较均有显著差异(P<0.05);观察组创面愈合时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05),且临床疗效分布及总有效率组间差异也均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:对痔疮创缘水肿实施常规疗法的同时另给予地奥司明片不仅可以减轻水肿症状,还可促进创面愈合,效果更为显著。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of dexamidine tablets in patients with hemorrhoid surgery after hemorrhoid surgery.Methods：95patients with hemorrhoid surgery were divided into control group（n=47）and observation group（n=48）according to the randomized sequential method.At different times,edema score,wound healing time and clinical curative effect were taken as the observation index.Results：There were significant differences in the edema scores between the two groups at different time and the interaction（P〈0.05）,and there was significant difference in edema score and different time between the two groups（P〈0.05）.The wound healing time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group（P〈0.05）,and the difference between the clinical efficacy and the total effective rate was also significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment of hemorrhoids with hemorrhoids in the implementation of conventional therapy at the same time to give the next Austrian tablets can not only reduce the symptoms of edema,but also promote wound healing,the effect is more significant.
