松龄血脉康和复方芦丁联合治疗肝阳上亢型高血压的可行性研究

Feasibility Study on the Treatment of Hypertension with Hyperactivity of Liver with Songling Xuemaikang Combined with Compound Rutin

目的:观察松龄血脉康联合复方芦丁治疗肝阳上亢型高血压的效果。方法:选择某院2015年1月~2016年2月收治的76例肝阳上亢型高血压患者进行分析,使用随机数字表将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各组均为38例患者,给予对照组患者复方芦丁治疗,观察组在此基础之上加用松龄血脉康,经过3个月的治疗之后比较治疗效果差异。结果:观察组与对照组治疗前血压分别为(150.86±3.98,98.74±2.66)mmHg和(151.12±3.87,97.23±2.82)mmHg,无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后分别为(133.52±3.61,81.27±3.29)mmHg和(142.52±3.16,86.98±4.21)mmHg,组间显著差异(P<0.05);观察组潮热盗汗、烦躁易怒、失眠多梦以及头晕头痛症状治疗有效率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于肝阳上亢型高血压患者的治疗,松龄血脉康联合复方芦丁能够显著改善患者的症状,降压效果佳,适合推广。

Objective：To observe the effect of Songling Kumai combined with compound rutin in the treatment of hyperactivity of liver yang.Methods：A total of 76 patients with hyperactivity of liver yang were selected from January 2015 to February 2016.All patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.All the patients were treated with random number table.The control group was treated with compound rutin,the observation group was treated with Songling Xuemaikang on the basis of the treatment for the control group.Then compare the treatment differences after 3months.Results：Before treatment,the blood pressure of the observation group and the control group was（150.86±3.98,98.74±2.66）mmHg and（151.12±3.87,97.23±2.82）mmHg,respectively,with no significantly statistical difference（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the blood pressure of the observation group and the control group was（133.52±3.61,81.27±3.29）mmHg and（142.52±3.16,86.98±4.21）mmHg respectively,with significant differences between groups（P〈0.05）.In the observation group,the effects of hot sweating,sweating,irritability,insomnia and dizziness and headache were significant beter than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：For the treatment of hypertensive patients with hyperactivity of liver by Songling Xuemaikang combined with Compound Rutin can significantly improve the symptoms of patients,with good antihypertensive effect,suitable for promotion.
