糖尿病肾病患者透析治疗的效果初步观察及护理方式研究

Preliminary Study on the Effect of Dialysis Treatment in Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy and Nursing Methods

目的:探讨糖尿病肾病患者透析治疗的效果初步观察及护理研究。方法:采用回顾性分析法,选取2015年6月~2016年4月期间在某院接受收治的80例糖尿病肾病患者的临床资料,按照护理方法的不同将患者分为观察组40例和对照组40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用个性化护理,观察两组患者治疗效果和护理效果。结果:观察组并发症发生率为7.5%,明显高于对照组25.0%的并发症发生率(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义;观察组患者护理满意为95.0%,明显高于对照组护理满意度(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论:个性化护理应用于对糖尿病肾病血液透析治疗中能够有效促进患者康复,能有效降低患者并发症发生率,提高护理质量。

Objective：To investigate the effect of dialysis therapy on diabetic nephropathy and nursing research.Methods：The data of 80 patients with diabetic nephropathy from June 2015 to April 2016 in a hospital were retrospectively analyzed.The research subjects were divided into two groups according to the different nursing methods：observation group（40cases）and control group（40cases）.The control group was treated with routine care.The observation group was treated with personalized care,and the therapeutic effect and nursing effect were observed.Results：The incidence of complication was 7.5%in the observation group,which was significantly lower than that in the control group（25%）（P〈0.05）.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.The satisfaction rate of the observation was 95.0%（P〈0.05）,significanlty higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The application of personalized nursing in the hemodialysis of diabetic nephropathy can effectively promote the rehabilitation of patients,and effectively reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of care.
