母乳喂养指导路径实施在产科护理管理中的价值探究

Exploration on the Value of Breeding Guidance Pathway in the Management of Obstetric Nursing

目的:探讨在产科护理管理中实施母乳喂养指导路径的效果。方法:随机选取2015年5月~2016年9月期间在某院分娩的160例产妇分为对照组、观察组,在产科护理管理中分别行常规护理、母乳喂养指导路径,观察两组护理效果。结果:观察组泌乳开始时间显著早于对照组,乳胀发生率显著低于对照组,孕产妇母乳喂养相关知识、技能掌握率显著高于对照组,母乳喂养成功率、护理满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在产科护理管理中实施母乳喂养指导路径,可促进护理质量得到显著提升,提高护理满意度。

Objective：To explore the effect of breastfeeding guidance pathway in obstetric nursing management.Methods：160patients were divided into control group and observation group from May 2015 to September 2016,who were treated by routine nursing and breastfeeding in obstetric nursing management respectively.Then compare the nursing effect of the two groups.Results：The onset time of lactation in the observation group was significantly earlier than that in the control group.The incidence of breast cancer was significantly lower than that of the control group.The mastiff-related knowledge of maternal breast was significantly higher than that of the control group.The success rate of breastfeeding and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The implementation of breastfeeding guidance pathway in obstetric nursing management can promote the improvement of nursing quality and improve nursing satisfaction.
