培养学生独立实验能力的中药制药综合性实验教学方法探索

New Teaching Method of Integrated Experiments for Traditional Chinese Herb Medicine Preparation to Improve Student's Experimental Skill

目的:通过在中药制药综合性实验教学过程中引入自主设计实验单元培养学生的独立实验能力。方法:由学生自主设计、独立完成"黄芩的提取工艺优化",再以PPT的形式进行汇报。教师对学生在实验设计、实验操作和数据统计分析中遇到的问题给予必要的指导和帮助。结果:学生不仅独立了完成自主设计实验单元、得出正确的结论,还提出了具有建设性的实验方案。结论:在中药制药综合性实验教学过程中引入自主设计实验单元是培养学生独立实验能力的好方法,值得推广。

Objective：To improve student＇s experimental skill by introducing experiment unit designed by the students in integrated experiments for traditional Chinese herb medicine preparation.Methods：The optimization of extraction process for Radix Scutellariae was designed and conducted independently by the students.After finishing this experiment unit,power point presentations about the experiment were given by the students.Necessary guidance and help for experimental design,operation and data analysis were provided by the teachers.Results：The students completed this experiment unit independently,drew correct experimental conclusion,and proposed more aggressive experimental protocol.Conclusion：To introduce experiment unit designed by the students in integrated experiments for traditional Chinese herb medicine preparation might be an excellent teaching method to improve student＇s experiment skill,which should be applied more extensively.
